Milo launches 650V gallium nitride (GaN) 65W-1A2C fast charging source solution
The emergence of gallium nitride fast charging has brought great convenience to life; recently, Milo has successfully developed 650V gallium nitride (GaN) power device products, and launched a 65W 1A2C gallium nitride fast charging source module solution based on the MGZ31N65 chip. It provides a high-performance, cost-effective national production technology solution for the GaN fast charging field that is currently in high demand.
This solution can effectively reduce the influence of parasitic parameters on high-frequency switches, obtain higher conversion efficiency and better reliability; realize "higher efficiency, higher power, smaller volume, and lower heat." The control technology achieves "smaller size and better temperature control under high power" and supports multiple charging modes. The power for different devices is slightly different. The actual maximum output power of the USB-C interface is 65W.
It can meet the needs of consumer fast charging, LED lighting drivers, LCD display power supplies, power strips with charging interfaces... and other application scenarios. In terms of packaging, the industry's advanced PQFN packaging is adopted, taking into account the needs of customers for ease of use, compactness, low parasitic and good heat dissipation.
